We were going to have our accounting exam tomorrow but the meeting was arranged with Robin and Roslyn that day at aljunied. We were being told that it is a very important meeting. Robin told us that we are going to have a full group meeting with Made Real.

We were later introduced to the other Made Real members, Teng Fon, Natalie, Mitch and Jun Hao. It was a short meeting from 10:30 to around 12 noon, we discussed what we have done the week before and the things that need to be done due the date lines that is reaching soon.

At first, we had planned to do our mini flash mob at mid-July and at end of July which will then lead to the main roadshow. However the flash mob was being moved forward as we need to complete our Digital Media Business assignment for Mr Lynus Hee. We have to take a video and edit it into an advertisement for our pitch by 22 July and present it at around 8 August. Therefore, Robin and Roslyn make it convenient for us by suggesting the flash mob to be organized sooner. Although there are advantages for the flash mob to be move forward, at the same time it is stressful for us to make arrangement or contact for the photography, videography, dancers and so on.

We were put in-charge under Natalie as Robin and Roslyn were quite busy and at the same time Natalie had experience in advertising as she went oversea study before. So if we have any enquires, we could ask Natalie and also have a meetup with her if possible.

   The Made Real group and our group were given task to do till next week Monday which is the start of our June holiday by then. We were told to shortlist 10+ possible media publications that Made Real can work with to raise awareness (e.g. Radio, magazines, newspapers, school publications) and it has to have a contact point. Plan on the social media calendar in excel sheet. And get the finalized proposal done.
