Today, I have a mini meeting with Qi Wen through google docs and did quite a bit for the final proposal details. Below are the conversations and evidence of the mini meeting through google docs.

Things we need to do for the final proposal

1. Contact the dancers , have their details (email,who to contact,etc..)
2. Practice for the flash mobs ?
3. Get the poster and flyers printed ? (Ask Made Real if the poster & flyer we did are ok)
4. Finalise the date for the flash mob
5. If it rains on that day, (choy), where’s the wet weather venue
6. If fire break out, what's the evacuation plan ?
7. If someone falls down, is there a first aider or first aid box.
8. Contact the logistics people that we need to find (such as: table & chairs for the Final roadshow booth)
9. Record the instructions for the first flash mob
10. When do we tell SP students the flash mob thingy or we just do it without telling (surprise attack) ?
11. Who to return the logistics(who to contact, places to return the tables ,chairs , etc..)
12. (if on that day,some dancers cannot come then how)

2. We need to know what to do and say during the event to prevent confusion during the event

3. I think for the poster and the flyer part we tell them on monday meeting then give made real see wei jie’s flyer.

4. Where can we finalise the date ?? (is it 3 flash mob or two flash mob?)

5. If it’s rain that day, I think we can delay the event ...like a bit later then start...? Or we book for another indoor area for the event in case it is raining heavily on that day …

I think we must go find a indoor area near the skate park.

6. I don’t think there will be fire break out… won’t so suay bah.. If fire really break out, we can follow the school evacuation first

7. Who can be the first aider or where can we get a first aid kit ?

 I think SP have things specialise for first aid so dont need to worry about this first.

I think we need to have a first aid kit incase something really happens..

 Then we have to ask the school permission to get a first aid box already i think..

8. For the logistic, we can ask ms Dora for more information after we get our proposal approved or after school reopened?

10. By pasting poster around the school a week before the event?

when is the event ??? u mean road show or the flash mob or both ?

So we informed the ppl about the flash mob first via poster? After they follow madereal social media platform then we inform them through facebook or instagram.

I think we post the poster online on sp page ba ? for the first flash mob.. if not we first day of sch nid run around sp to paste posters.

But how to post online on sp page? Do we have to get permission first…? And from who?

ya thats another problem …

Can we come out a list of items we need for the flash mob first ??

I still not sure what we need for the flash mob lehh…. maybe we should get more details first?

• Chairs
• First aid kit ??
• Snack Boxes ?? ( from made real for the students to try out or whatever)

But they say they are giving the flyers only lehh… don't know whether have free snack for students to try or not.

if got some snacks then good what ?? like they can give the sunflower seeds or the peanuts.

Yaa. i agree also..We ask them whether they have give samples or not this coming monday?

I think ok. We ask them whether can give one snack box to us then we use it for the flash mob.

Because he is the only person we know so far...then is there any ways we can we contact him ...ya but dk whether he will reply or not...or probable can ask through wechat. I also dont have it now but can be downloaded in playstore. Yalor siann… or can like after holiday or after he return to sg then ask? Ya can ask them whether to delay the dance things because we cannot contact our classmates..We do other qns first? Want delete away all these? Ok
