Blog entry #5

For 1 June 2015 (Monday)

Robin and Roslyn and us have a full member meeting with the whole team of Made Real which includes Teng Fon, Jun Hao, Natalie and Mitch. We held the meeting on 10.30am to 11.45am. In the meeting we all talk about what have we done for the last week and discuss about the things that are upcoming for Made Real and the things that we are going to do for the Final Roadshow and the milestones to the Roadshow which is the flash mob. 

We initially decides to do two flash mob on mid July and end of July. However, due to the Digital Media in Business (Mr Lynus Course). We have to submit the video filming by the end of 22 July and final presentation on 8 August 2015. Thus, we decided to move the flash mob forward so that we will be able to film the flash mob and thus to produce the video on time. Robin and Roslyn shared with us that they are currently talking to some investors and are quite busy at the moment of the time and thus put Natalie in charge of us and we will meet up closely with Natalie, then Natalie will inform Robin and Roslyn the things we are doing. (Like the current situation we are in/ which stage we are in now etc..)

The homework that we are going to do and to show the whole Made Real team is as follow

1. Task list 
2. Timeline (When is the time to hold it, busiest time in sp) 
3. More finalised draft
4. marketing plan = e.g. posters, social media calendar(personal, event, reposting) (2 months July to August) (excel sheet)
5. Hype social media towards silent flash mobs
6. Co calling email and research  
7. Search and shortlist 10+ possible media publications that Made Real can work with to raise awareness (e.g. Radio, magazines, newspapers, school publications) -has to have contact point

Conclusion: We have to come out with a proposal, marketing plan, research and video draft.
