For 8th June 2015(Monday)

Today, we finally broke the ice between the team members and we are laughing out and eating the Made Real snack box products. In the whole meeting we discussed about the things that we did last week and robin thinks that we are on the right track and wants us to continue the work and improve on it and we will have another meeting in this coming Wednesday at the LHK building which is Made Real's main office.

The things that we have discussed is as follows:

What they discussed with the other group of people
  • Things she done (Natalie)
  • Working with google AdWords
  • Rephrase one of the thing,
  • Look at the search engine optimisation
  • Look at improvements on the search engines on the Made Real Website
  • Sponsored the SEA games athletes and expect them to reply. (not Sure)

 
  • Things he done (Teng Fon)
  • Did the things on Facebook and wished to join the things that he did with our social media calendar.

 
  • Things he done (Jun Hao)
  • Bring in people that are not it to be fitness
  • Free trials, also asked from friends and friends did not want to buy or something.
  • Right now is like forcing them (consumers).

 
What we discussed during the meeting (Free Discussion)
  • We shared about the things that we did during the last week
  • Cost benefit and brand benefit
  • Accessories, content
  • Whether add in the products is substantial for the Made Real Snack Box
  • People are using the online YouTube video that the things they receive at home.
  • Check by the feedback forum.
  • Right now, still free, low conversion, March to May, people are too busy and didn’t go for the training at gym.
  • Home workout, personal trainer at home, he will respond email to the customer.
  • Make videos about the workout and post on YouTube.
  • What benefit you can get and keep buying the snack box.
  • Robin likes the idea, physical trainer, food to home and happiness (somehow)
  • Family tell chefs what dish they likes and different discounts.
  • One on one, for next two months, July August, Fitness partner.
  • Platform on the contact to Teng Fong
  • Want to target five customers, the concierge service. Then officially launching it if it’s successful.
  • Guava pass, official launching on 19th July. Use boxes as the gift away, give to media people and subscribers.
  • For August, Independence (theme) local producers.
  • Speaks to some of the investors and like Made Real ideas and wish them to continue.
  • Give feedback. More points the cheaper the boxes it will be for the customer.
  • Trend in us, people like free things
  • Scale to be able to customise. Understand the taste of the customers.
  • Concierge service
  • Add to the complexity to the Made Real Website
  • Real life AB testing.
  • Represent the young people. One in each age group to check their preference.

Things to note:
  1. Check the Made Real website within the next two weeks. There will be tremendous change in it.

  • Ask the Ava team in Singapore poly
  • 1. Contact the dance group and the people in the AVA team and borrow the video equipment from the Singapore Poly
  • 2. More finalised proposal, contact the 10 social media.
  • 3. Cold Calling from Natalie (Wednesday)
